The AHA’s Epidemiology and Prevention/Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism 2014 Scientific Sessions

The AHA’s Epidemiology and Prevention/Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism 2014 Scientific Sessions took place this month in San Francisco. The primary goal of “EPI/NPAM” is to promote the development and application of translational and population science related to cardiovascular health and the prevention of heart disease and stroke. The sessions focused on risk factors, obesity, nutrition, physical activity, genetics, metabolism, biomarkers, subclinical disease, clinical disease, healthy populations, global health, and prevention-oriented clinical trials.
