North Carolina A&T Students in Greensboro to Lead American Heart Association CPR Effort

Triad, NCIn addition to their regular fall classes starting last week, 60 North Carolina A&T State University students spent a morning learning how to save a life. In partnership with the AHA, NC A&T purchased 12 CPR in Schools Kits to train students to become ambassadors and facilitators to teach Hands-Only CPR on their campus and in the community. The goal is to make sure there is a “lead” in every building on campus who is trained in CPR. The 60 trained ambassadors will then move into the Triad community, training community centers, churches, and local businesses to be life savers.  Learn more and get involved here.
